It's only 5 weeks until my holiday so i'm putting myself on a little spending ban. I have more than enough clothes, accessories and beauty items to last me throughout the year!! I ordered a new sun dress today and a suitcase as they're "essential" items, i have most of my holiday clothes, sandals, bikinis etc and only need to do a little shop for a few more things. I have Friday off work so will be heading to Primark (haven't been there in absolutely ages) and see what Topshop have instore, other than that, that will be it for the rest of the month.

I love the sun, but how bloody humid is it here at the moment? Jeez, so muggy it's unbearable!!

I've wanted to try The BodyShop Butters for a while now after hearing so many people raving about them i wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I went into my local store a few days back and got the Almond Body Butter for Normal/Dry Skin. Even better i paid only £6.25 for it rather than the full price of £12.50.

I have eczema on my skin which can become extremely dry if i don't keep it well moisturised so i was a bit of wary of applying it to my skin at first. I've used it for a few days now and oh my god, it's amazing!!!! I wish i had of bought some sooner. The smell is lush, non-greasy, once applied to the skin it soaks up quickly and it definitely keeps my skin feeling well moisturised for at least 24 hours, what's best is that it didn't irritate my eczema. Shall definitely keep buying it from now on.



I also bought the following dress from New Look for the bargain price of just £6. I'm planning on wearing it on holiday, just something to throw over my bikini during the day whilst i'm wondering around. Shall wear it with a tan waist belt, the ones which sit on the waist and my tan wedge gladiators. The Coral one is nice too, shall be getting another when i'm next in town:



Also we've had the sad news that Michael Jackson as passed away, no matter what peoples personal views have of him, he was a huge musical talent and no-one can deny that, rest in peace Michael xx

Big Brother came back onto our screens last night and I must admit that I do love to watch it. I’m not such an avid follower compared to the first few years it started but I still like to watch it, even if it’s only half-watching it in the background whilst I potter around ;). So first impressions of the housemates in a quick summary? Drama Queens, WAG Wannabe’s, Too “in ya face” people, One nice looking guy, the American guy seems cool and made me giggle at the reaction he gave when one of the producers asked if he was gay, the bitchy woman who claimed she dislikes everyone and anyone and left her 7 month old baby to appear on the show, c’mon woman get a grip, no way would I miss 3 months of my baby’s first year just to go onto a reality show…..

That’s just the first impression, people change after a while and I guess all I can go on is the audition tape which the majority of them exaggerate and lie anyway just to get a foot into the door. Looking forward to watching it tonight.
